Join us for a four week challenge all about your fitness +  nutrition. Our Virtual Bootcamp. Yoga class is a fusion of strength and cardio training paired with yoga. This unique 40-minute virtual class will first work your whole body with weights and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), then move into yoga for the second half. You have access to the workout videos anytime, anywhere, and the best part is you have a community cheering you on and accountability from two certified trainers so you can get the results you want and lean on them for anything you may need!
