Everything In Moderation...

I think some people look to strict "diets" for help because it helps them to get focused and for others because they are not sure how to begin and it gives them something to stick to. In my opinion, an all or nothing approach can really backfire for some. Eating NOTHING from one food group and ALL from another may not benefit you as much as you think. Understand the reasoning and science behind a diet before you try it, and decide whether it is realistic for you.
