My Go To Protein Shake

  • Two tablespoons of collagen protein (can use whey too if it does not hurt your stomach)
  • 1 cup frozen mango (can use fresh - if you do use 5 ice cubes)
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 3 tablespoons of nonfat greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 a cup of water (can use 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of milk)
  • 1 handful of spinach

Blend and enjoy!
