Any time of day pick me up!

Crazy schedules, little time and hard workouts have been leaving me a little sleepy and sore! This shake has been the best pick me up over the past few weeks!


1 cup water

4 ice cubes

splash skim milk or almond milk (optional)

5 frozen strawberries

7 frozen mango cubes

1/3 of a banana

1 soop collagen protein

1/4 of a cup banana mango B'MORE Organic SKYR Smoothie
